Powerball is a lit wrist trainer that generates load for the muscles and joints of the hands, fingers, wrists, forearms, triceps, biceps and shoulders.

Inside the transparent plastic housing is a gyroscopic rotor. The Powerball is held in the full hand or fingertips, making circular wrist movements. To spin the device to maximum speed, even the shoulder cuff muscles are engaged.

The trainer perfectly relaxes the hand, relieves fatigue and improves blood circulation. It is also suitable for rehabilitation after injuries. The device requires no batteries – it operates solely on the rotational force of the wrist. The trainer can be used by both right- and left-handed people.
